Cult Culture operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Cult Culture is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Section 1 — Access and Account

Section 3 — Orders & Advance Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Cult Culture reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.

An advance payment of ₹199 is required to confirm and process your order. Your order will be dispatched only after this advance payment has been received. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. You represent that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes.

Promotions such as our prepaid discount are governed by their own terms; where a promotion term conflicts with these Terms, the promotion term will govern for that offer.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed. You represent that any payment information you provide is true and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, address issues, or events outside our control. Once we hand products over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Our Services — including text, images, graphics, product photos, video, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by Cult Culture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Cult Culture is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Cult Culture. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Cult Culture, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
