❌ No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The ₹199 advance payment is a confirmation charge and is non-refundable once your order has been processed for dispatch.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within this time frame.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, box, and tags intact

Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders returned due to customer refusal or unavailability

  • Once your request is approved, we will share the next steps with you.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.

❌ RTO / Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to refusal, an incorrect address, or customer unavailability, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Re-shipping the product (if requested) will be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If an order is cancelled by Cult Culture due to stock unavailability or operational reasons, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be unworn.
  • Original box and tags should be available.
  • Product should be in resellable condition.

Exchange requests can be rejected if the product is damaged due to customer misuse.

Refund Policy

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Product missing from the package.
  • Order cancelled by Cult Culture.
  • Order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by customer (exchange may be available).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Package Images
